Through their relationship with Manchester University, The Ford Family Foundation were introduced to Duncan Swainsbury, a former A-Level Maths and Economics teacher and alumni of the university and his CIC, Bounceback Food. With an ambition to scale and extend their impact across the UK, the Ford Family Foundation was able to support with an injection of investment. We continue to support BounceBack Food CIC with their growth ambitions and mission to alleviate food poverty in the UK through specialist mentorship and support..

Throughout 2023 the Ford Family Foundation will be working with Manchester University to identify further social enterprises who we can support in scaling their social impact.
